John Alexander, Sr. was registered as a Legislative Branch Lobbyist from June 30, 2022 through December 31, 2022. Mr. Alexander completed the training on August 8, 2023.

Pursuant to La. R.S. 42:1170A(4), a registered lobbyist is required to annually receive a minimum of one hour of education and training on the provisions of the lobbyist disclosure acts and on the provisions of the Code of Governmental Ethics which the Louisiana Board of Ethics determines are relevant. La. R.S. 42:1170 states that the board shall mail by certified mail a notice of noncompliance informing the person that the training required shall be completed within forty-five business days after receipt of the notice of noncompliance.
