Sam Earl Jones requests a waiver and states the following: When he attempted to file his report on time, his computer broke. It was fixed several days later and he filed the report immediately. Mr. Jones has been filing timely for nearly 50 years without any incidents. He would like to ask for a waiver of the $300 late fee.
