She believes that she previously forwarded bank statements from her campaign account to illustrate her inability to pay. Her personal finances are close to the same status. She is living in "emergency mode" and facing 2 surgeries which have affected her ability to work and meet obligations. Ms. Powers is willing to appear before the Board.
