Request that the Board waive the $720.00 campaign finance late fee assessed against Donnell Rose, an unsuccessful candidate for Sheriff, Madison Parish, in the October 14, 2023 election, whose 10-P campaign finance disclosure report was filed 12 days late. |
|
Donnell Rose requests a waiver and states the following: The report being submitted through Google instead of Chrome was the reason it was not accessible. He was not aware that his report had not been submitted until he received a late fee order. Mr. Rose hopes this explanation will suffice and would like to ask for a waiver of the assessed late fee.
