On December 22, 2023, Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America attempted to file the Louisiana lobbyist report due by December 27, 2023 for her. Susan B. Anthony Pro Life America received an email that the report was late. The report was filed properly on December 28, 2023. Because there was an attempt to file the report timely and it was filed only one day late after receiving the notification, the $50 late fee should be waived.
