Darrell R. Sinagra requests a waiver and states the following: This was his first time running for public office and filling out a CF report. Neglectfully, he put the packet away and did not read it for a couple of weeks. When he realized his mistake, he filed the 30-P and 10-P immediately. It was an oversight and truly not intentional. Moving forward, he will file timely. Please waive the assessed late fee.
