Lazelle Phillips Roy requests a waiver and states the following: She forgot to file her report before the deadline. Once she received the notice to file, she submitted the request immediately. She was not elected, so she didn't realize that she had to file. She also notes that this is her first time running for office. She did not have a bank account opened at all during the election. It would be helpful to have the fee waived. Ms. Roy is on disability and it would be difficult to make the payment. She would like to thank you in advance for your consideration.
