Donald B. Vallee requests a waiver and states the following: He did not spend any money on his campaign. He misunderstood and believed he didn't have to file a report if the campaign had no contributions or spending. It was his desire to run a campaign without expenses and contributions. Mr. Vallee would like to request a waiver of the assessed late fee, as he respects the law and Louisiana governmental ethics. He does not want this penalty to taint his campaign.
