Leroy Davis, on behalf of Elaine G. Davis. requests a waiver and states the following: the 10-P was faxed on 10/30/2022, and the 30-P was faxed on 10/11/2022. Mr. Davis mentions that he has proof of the original reports being submitted on said dates. He believes there has been some confusion with the original and amended reports, and the late fees should be waived.
