Benjamin Allison is a full-time firefighter/paramedic for the City of Shreveport. He recently served on the Fire Civil Service Board for Red River Parish Fire Protection District. He was not paid in his tenure on the Civil Service Board. It was a volunteer position. The Civil Service Board approves civil service test scores for full-timers as well as seniority roster for full-timers. Mr. Allison resigned from the Civil Service Board on March 18, 2024. The Red River Parish Fire Protection District is seeking to hire him as a part-time firefighter.
