Walter Fall requests a waiver and states the following: He believed that he only needed to report expenses exceeding $500 within two days of a transaction. He assumed the $500 donation would not need to be reported. All donations and expenditures have been reported as required. Mr. Fall states it was a simple misunderstanding of the requirement guidelines. Moving forward, all of his reports will be submitted on time.
