Request that the Board waive the $840.00 campaign finance late fee assessed against Glenn Scriber, a successful candidate for Police Juror, District 6, Lincoln Parish, in the October 14, 2023 election, whose 10-G campaign finance disclosure report was filed 21 days late. |
|
Glenn Scriber requests a waiver and states the following: He is currently serving his second term as an elected official. During his first election, he ran unopposed and did not have to file any reports. Unfortunately, he was out of town from the end of October 2023 until November 28, 2023, and forgot to pack his filing packet. As a result, he missed the deadline for filing the 10-G report.
