Douglas Streety, Jr. requests a waiver and states the following: this is his first time running for public office, and he was involved in a run-off, which required another financial report. Although the qualifying packet did not have an extra template, it stated that another report would be due on January 1st. Mr. Streety acknowledged that it was an oversight but filed it immediately after receiving the notice. The MLK holiday caused him to wait until the following business day to submit the report. Mr. Streety does not have the $440 in his campaign account.
