Original request stated:
He believed that he only needed to report expenses exceeding $500 within two days of a transaction. He assumed the $500 donation would not need to be reported. All donations and expenditures have been reported. Mr. Fall states it was a simple misunderstanding of the requirement guidelines. Moving forward, all of his reports will be submitted on time. He would like to humbly request a waiver of the assessed $440 late fee.
