Request to reconsider the Board's decision to decline to waive a $2500 late fee assessed against Harvey White, unsuccessful candidate for State Senate / District 33, in the October 14, 2023 election, for failing to file his amended 2022 Tier 2 candidate pfd. |
|
Ms. Ardoin, on behalf of Mr. White, states that Mr. White is not required to amend his 2022 Tier 2 Candidate PFD as he is only required to disclose interest in immovable property held by him or his spouse; and, not interest held by a legal entity. Therefore, Ms. Ardoin requests the late fee be rescinded.
Initial Information:
Alesia M. Ardoin would like to request a waiver on behalf of Mr. Harvey E. White. Please waive the assessed late fee.
