Gnanse Nelson is submitting a waiver request and states the following: She states that the untimely filing was an honest oversight with no ill intent, and she remedied it as soon as she caught the mistake. This has never happened before, and she can guarantee it will never happen again. Ms. Nelson would like to apologize.
