Alesia M. Ardoin is submitting a waiver on behalf of Adam Cutrer. Mr. Cutrer states the following: He will amend the 10-G report to show that his loans have been repaid from his campaign surplus. Therefore, the 2023 Supplemental report will no longer be required. Please waive the assessed late fee.
