Albert Peyton Bush is a member of the Board of Directors for the New Orleans Military and Maritime Academy (NOMMA)in Algiers, LA. His report was submitted untimely due to a technical error he was unaware of until he received the fine. The form had been saved to his records but only successfully uploaded once it was too late. Mr. Bush would like to request leniency since he is a volunteer board member, and the fine is severe. The fine has been paid to adhere to the deadline, but he would like to ask that you consider refunding the fee.
