Patricia "Patty" McCarty is submitting a request and states the following: She has $1,100 in her campaign account, which was deposited before her election and taking office on 1/1/2023. After receiving the FTF notice, it was brought to her attention that she needed to file a supplemental report annually, even though there was no activity throughout the year. Ms. McCarty plans to enlist an accountant familiar with CF reports and would like to ask that her fine be reduced or suspended.
