Terence Vinson request a waiver and states the following: He believed that he would be in good standing if he filed all his CF reports. A BOE representative informed him that he needed to file annually. Mr. Vinson is current with all his filings and will file any upcoming reports on time. He takes full responsibility for this mistake and would like
to request a waiver of the assessed late fees.
