Advisory Opinion Request from Ashley Aime, employee of Livingston Parish School Board (the "School Board"), as to whether she may receive compensation from the School Board for providing notarial services. |
|
Ms. Aime currently serves as the Assistant Business Manager for the School Board. She recently obtained her notary license. Currently, the School Board outsources its requests for notarial services, which can cause delays in preparing documents.
