RE:
Request that the Board reconsider its decision to decline to waive the $540 campaign finance late fee assessed against Danil Faust, an unsuccessful candidate for State Representative, 93rd Representative District in the March 24, 2018 election, whose 10-G campaign finance disclosure report was filed 9 days late.
Facts:
Original request stated: The late fee notice was issued nearly six years after it was incurred, despite having received a separate $2,500 fine for the same election years ago. He states that he was not made aware of the fine when he made a $120 payment to the AG's office regarding the 30-P report. Mr. Faust has been attempting to pay down all his owed fees for the past six years, but the 10-G fine was not listed on the web-site. For the reasons stated, he would like to ask that you grant a waiver of the assessed late fee. Mr. Faust is willing to appear before the Board.

Reconsideration provides no new information.
