Don Caffery is submitting a waiver on behalf of NRMA and states the following:
NRMA filed is S/O on August 17, 2023. It did not contribute to a candidate until September 28, 2023. As of October 4, 2023, the monthly reports were filed on time. NRMA didn't support a candidate 30 days prior to the primary reporting period and, as a new PAC, did not understand monthly filing requirements. They have since been educated on filing requirements.
