Staff proposes a rule to address the staff's processing of complaints and correspondence with respondents and complainants pursuant to the legislation enacted in Act 664 of the Regular Legislative Session, effective January 1, 2025 provided procedures for the processing of complaints. See pages 9 (Line 28) through Page 12 (Line 2) of Act 664, which is attached to this agenda item.
