Ms. Rice currently serves as the full-time workforce Development Coordinator and Lecturer at Grambling State University Department of Social Work. She has been offered a part-time job to draft policy for the Louisiana Child Welfare Training Academy. The policy is for use in the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services. The Academy is at Southeastern Louisiana University. Ms. Rice would like to contract with Southeastern Louisiana University to provide the drafting services to the Academy. She would not provide any service to Southeastern University while on duty for Grambling State University.
