Waiver request submitted by Jodi Dawn Taylor, Workforce Development Board, Sixth Planning District Consortium / #60, regarding a $1500 late fee assessed for filing her 2021 Tier 2.1 annual pfd 559 days late. |
|
Jodi Taylor was unaware of the filing requirement when she resigned from the Sixth Planning District Local Workforce Development Area 60 Board in 2020. She believed her filing requirements ceased upon her resignation. Due to work commitments, she has been residing in New Orleans full-time since August 2022. She filed her report after receiving guidance from a BOE representative. Ms. Taylor has always strived to maintain the highest standard of ethical conduct and transparency in her professional life. She will take the necessary steps to ensure full compliance in the future.
