Waiver request submitted by Brad Soileau, Allen Parish School Board, regarding a $400 late fee assessed for filing his 2024 School Board Disclosure 8 days late. |
|
Brad Soileau became superintendent in late August of 2023, and their secretary of 30 years retired in December 2023.They have had many transitions, including hiring a new secretary. The current secretary overlooked forwarding the disclosure information to Mr. Soileau and was unaware he had an immediate family member working for the school system. Though it is an error on both parts, Mr. Soileau would like to request a late fee waiver since they are learning their new job responsibilities.
