Waiver request submitted by Adren O. Wilson, former Deputy Chief of Staff in the Office of the Governor, regarding a $12,500 late fee assessed for filing his 2022 Tier 1 annual pfd 37 days late. |
|
Adren O.Wilson's Late Fee Order was rerouted from his previous Chicago address to his current New Orleans address, which caused a delay in the notice being received. He did not receive the Notice of Delinquency (NOD) until 8/29/2023 because it was initially mailed to his previous Baton Rouge address and forwarded to his Chicago address, where he lived from 3/2022 to 4/2024. His job requires extensive travel, which aided in the delay in receiving the notice. The statement was immediately filed on 8/30/2024.
