Request that the Board waive the $2,400.00 campaign finance late fee assessed against United Ballot, a political action committee and its chairperson, Christopher Williams in the October 12, 2023 election, whose 40-G campaign finance disclosure report was filed 12 days late. |
|
Christopher Williams is submitting a waiver for United Ballot. Mr. Williams states
that due to chronic high blood pressure, he was unable to comply with the filing deadline. The oversight was unintentional, and immediate steps have been taken to correct and prevent the situation from happening again.
