Request that the Board waive the five (5) $3,000.00 campaign finance late fees totaling $15,000.00 assessed against Restore Our Coast PAC, a political action committee, and its chairperson, John Carmouche, in the October 14, 2023 election, whose 180-P, 90-P, 30-P, 10-P and 10-G campaign finance disclosure reports were filed 381, 290, 231, 211 and 176 days late, respectively. |

Alesia M. Ardoin, on behalf of Restore Our Coast PAC, requests a waiver and states the following: The PAC has always fully complied and would like to ask that the Board consider its history of filing timely reports. The PAC made one contribution to one candidate, which triggered the filing of the reports. No other activity was reported on any reports following the 180-P. Since the PAC's only activity was the single $5,000 contribution to Governor Landry, they would like to request that the fines be suspended or waived.
