They received the NOD on 3/20/2024 and contacted a BOE representative who said the report was never received. The report was immediately faxed. Since they were unsure what occurred with the initial fax filling, they elected to begin uploading their reports to the website to avoid further technological glitches. Please waive the assessed late fee.
