Request that the Board waive the two $3,000.00 campaign finance late fees for a total of $6,000.00 assessed against New Solutions PAC, a political action committee, and its chairperson, Tyler L. Daniel, for the November 8, 2022 election, whose 10-P and 10-G campaign finance disclosure reports were filed 169 and 139 days late, respectively. |
|
Tyler L. Daniel, chairperson for New Solutions PAC, requests a waiver and states the following: There was no activity during the reporting period. There was no activity, contributions, or expenditures in the relevant reporting periods. The delayed filing did not conceal any transactions. They would have promptly filed if they had received any reminders to file the reports. The waiver request was not submitted sooner due to a hurricane impacting their area. The PAC understands the importance of timely filing and is committed to compliance.
