Cane River National Heritage Area, Inc., is the fiscal administrator for the Mill District Seawall Construction Riverbank Stabilization project. Rhodes Property & Development ("RPD") has been owned by brothers Justin and James Rhodes since its founding in 2010. RPD is one of two contractors that submitted a proposal for the upcoming project, which will be funded by the Cane River Waterway Commission ("CRWC"). Jim Rhodes, the father of Justin and James Rhodes, is the Chairman of the CRWC.
