Natashia Cheatham, Executive Director, for the Louisiana Chapter of American Academy of Pediatrics, is submitting a waiver on behalf of the LA PediaPAC. Between the last timely filing and this delinquent report, a new executive director stepped into the role while transitioning all logins and authorizations related to the Louisiana Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics and LA PediaPAC. Once they realized the error, the problem was promptly resolved. They have a consistent record of filing on time. The new director now has the authority and necessary information to ensure this will not happen again.
