Angele Dassel submits a waiver request and states the following:
The late fees pertain to a 135-P and 200-P filed on 1//2023 and 3/14/2022, respectively. Ms. Dassel stepped down as Treasurer of the PAC on 10/10/2022 by agreement with Eileen Carter and Geoffrey Meeker, the other officers of the PAC. That agreement stipulated that Ms. Dassel would be replaced by a CPA to assume treasurer duties. On 10/20/2022, Ms. Dassel requested that The Law Firm of R. Gray Sexton, the PAC's attorneys, file the necessary paperwork to remove her as treasurer from all PAC filings with the BOE. Ms. Ardoin assured her that would be done. Ms. Carter did not appoint a CPA, and assumed the role of treasurer herself.
