Mr. Alexander states that due to internet outages caused by a storm in Baton Rouge, he was unaware that the report was not filed until he received the correspondence from our office. Mr. Alexander filed the report the same day he received the correspondence. He apologizes for the delay. Mr. Alexander included text messages from Cox showing the outages.
