Joseph Clement requests a waiver and states the following: He was removed from the ballot on 8/6/2024 and believed filing was unnecessary since he didn't raise any funds. He alleges financial hardship. Due to the reasons mentioned and the fact that he cannot run for office or raise money for his campaign, Mr. Clement requests that the fine be waived, suspended, or reduced.
