Waiver request submitted by Dustin Michael Suire, New Iberia City Council / District 6 / Iberia Parish, regarding a $2500 late fee assessed for filing his 2023 Tier 2 annual pfd 120 days late. |

|
Dustin Michael Suire mistakenly filed the 2022 PFD instead of the 2023 PFD. He received notification of this error in January of 2025. There was confusion since he resigned from the City of New Iberia District 6 in late 2023 and began his new tenure with the Iberia Parish Government effective January 2024. Mr. Suire appreciates your understanding in this matter.
