Request that the Board waive two (2) $3,000.00 for a total of $6,00.00 campaign finance late fees assessed against Invest in Louisiana, a political action committee, its committee's chairperson, Robbie Phillips, and treasurer, Thomas Datwyler in the October 14, 2023 election whose, 10-P and 10-G campaign finance disclosure reports were filed 436 and 401 days late, respectively. |

Eric S. Brown, General Counsel for Garrison Management Group, LLC, report preparer for Invest in Louisiana, requests a waiver and states the following: A payment was previously submitted for the 2023 ANN penalty. The PAC respectfully requests a reduction or a waiver of each assessed late fee. This request aligns with the Board's established practice of considering such matters, especially when a committee is responsible for multiple late fees and has filed reports with full disclosure. The PAC has taken steps to ensure future compliance, including investment in compliance and legal assistance to meet requirements. They would like to thank you for your consideration of this matter.
