Nadine Ramsey requests a waiver and states the following: She had a CPA to handle her report filing, but she acknowledges that it is her responsibility to ensure that they are submitted on time. It was an oversight. Numerous times, she was assured that this matter had been resolved. Ms. Ramsey has been out of public service since the report was filed late and has been in semi-retirement since then. This fine would be a hardship, and she will not run for elected office again. Please waive the assessed late fee.
