Kennon Campbell, report preparer for American Institute of Architects, LA PAC, requests a waiver and states the following: The delay in filing the report was due to a change in internal procedures for tracking client tasks. When the report was filed, they were implementing a new software system to manage reporting deadlines and compliance responsibilities. Some tasks and assignments did not migrate properly, which resulted in the late submission. Once made aware of the missed deadline, immediate action was taken to submit the report. The PAC has implemented additional procedures to ensure that all deadlines are met moving forward.
