Waiver request submitted by Christine Bryson Tharpe, Caddo Parish School Board / District 8, regarding a $2500 late fee assessed for filing her amended 2022 Tier 2 annual pfd 101 days late and a $2500 late fee assessed for filing her amended 2023 Tier 2 annual pfd 101 days late. |

Christine Tharpe amended the 2022 and 2023 statements on 12/12/2024. She believed she was compliant since she disclosed her income from the Caddo Parish School Board by placing it on Schedule G. It wasn't until she received the LEO that she realized there was an issue. She spoke with a BOE representative and was informed that the information should have been placed on Schedule F. The errors have since been corrected. Ms. Tharpe appreciates your attention to this matter and would like to request a waiver of the late fee assessed.
