Adonis C. Expose' requests a waiver and states the following: He has always filed his reports on time. This is the first time in five years that he has filed untimely. He usually receives a notice from the BOE in January stating that the report is due in February. Mr. Expose' did not receive any notification until he received the NOD stating that the report was due on 2/18/2025. He immediately filed the report.
