Todd Istre requests a wavier and states the following: He misunderstood the dates and expenses. It was not an intentional delay. Mr. Istre did not plan to spend over $2,000, but at the last moment, he sent out cards, which cost more. He spoke with BOE representatives about this situation. Mr. Istre has learned from this situation, and it will not happen again.
