| Request that the Board waive the $100.00 campaign finance late fee assessed against Sandra Cabrina Jenkins, a unsuccessful candidate for Associate Justice, Supreme Court, 7th Supreme Court District in the November 3, 2020 election, whose 2024 Supplemental campaign finance disclosure report was filed 1 day late. |

Sandra Cabrina Jenkins requests a waiver and states the following: She filed the report on 2/19/2025, one day late. Unfortunately, she designated it as the annual report for the period of 1/1/2024 to 1/31/2024, as well as an amended report. On2/27/2025, she received an email notification indicating that the report had an error and that she should amend it before 3/13/2025. The error was corrected. Ms. Jenkins believes this fine should be $100 instead of $800. She would like to thank you for considering this matter.
