| Request that the Board waive the $240.00 campaign finance late fee assessed against Yvette Mansfield Alexander, an unopposed candidate for City Judge, City Court, ES 1D, City of Baton Rouge in the November 5, 2024 election, whose 30-P campaign finance disclosure report was filed 4 days late. |
|
Yvette Mansfield Alexander requests a waiver and states the following:
She has been an elected judge for almost 30 years. She didn't have an opponent and had no funds except the ones placed in the account to pay qualification fees, so she forgot to submit a report. The only expenditure was the filing fees. Ms. Alexander would like to thank you for your consideration and request that the late fee be waived.
