Richard Lee Twiggs, Jr. requests a waiver and states the following:
As a newcomer to the political landscape, he was unaware of some reporting requirements and deadlines. Last year, he was 100% self-funded and did not realize this was necessary to report. Additionally, he has not yet qualified for the election, which will occur in July, and is still finding his footing in the process. Since the initial filing, he has submitted all required reports timely and will continue to ensure that he remains in good standing. He values the importance of running an ethical race.
