Request that the Board waive the $400 campaign finance late fee assessed against, TANGI DPEC PAC, committee, its committee's chairperson, Pamela Bean, and treasurer, Virginia Henry, whose February 2025 Monthly campaign finance disclosure report was filed 2 days late. |
|
Pamela Bean, chairperson for TANGI DPEC PAC, requests a waiver and states the following: On 4/22/2024, the PAC transferred a general and special bank account from First Bank to Hancock Whitney Bank. Hancock issued checks for both accounts. However, there was a mix-up with the checks and account numbers. Mistakenly, the written checks were posted to the general account instead of the special account. In March, the problem was identified, and a final deposit correction was made. The old checks have been destroyed.
