Storm Enzo struck Louisiana on 1/21/2025, leading to unexpected administrative issues. This caused a temporary disruption in their usual business operations beyond their control. Steps have been taken to submit and ensure that all future reports are filed on time. They would like to thank you for considering this matter and request a waiver of the assessed late fee.
