Original request from Michael J. Marsiglia, report preparer for the The Voice of the People, LLC stated: Due to an oversight, the PAC unintentionally neglected to request an additional suspension of the prescription deadline. They have consistently made every effort to adhere to all deadlines while working diligently to address any alleged deficiencies in their reports. Specifically, the PAC has engaged an accounting firm to thoroughly review and amend the reports to reflect the necessary information accurately. They appreciate your understanding and consideration of this request.
Reconsideration states:
No new information about the actual late filings is provided. Counsel for the PAC does state that they received the late fee order for the 10-P and 2022ANN, but not the 2020ANN or the 10-G.
